A Thought!

Today I was watching a movie by Chance :)   

Its story was that a family where the father is dead and the mother is Psychiatric and she's a famous doctor, the girl is in high school and she has a little brother, 

Every one in this family was living his life and the mother was always objecting on her girl's life. The mother met a man and they agreed to get married.

the girl and her mother where in a restaurant and they had a fight, and there was a Chinese cook which gave them a cookie called "Fortune Cookie" like the facebook one :D 

The moment they ate the cookie, their personality was exchanged! The girl became in her mum's body and the opposite.

The story goes on as both had to live each other's life, where they both discovered and it became clear, for the mother and the girl, How the life of each one of them look like.

and at the end, when they became totally understanding, they are back!

the story may sound imaginary and the movie is comic but YET holds a HUGE msg :) 

Sometimes, We just judge people without taking a deeper look! Without thinking about "What if I were him? What if I were in his place?" 

Sometimes, We just care about ourselves without even trying to listen to the other point of view! 

Sometimes, our pride becomes so BIG that it makes us too arrogant to admit we are mistaken! 

The movie made me think a lot :) 

May be we should try to look more to the other side! Put myself in the others' place! Feel what they feel, Think the way they think & what their thoughts are and how their reaction would be & how to accept that! :)

I reminded me by a saying of sayedna Mohamed (PBUH): 

"التمس لأخيك 70 عذرا" :) 

It made me think a lot! and I think it was a message in a time I really needed it. 

I Guess We always need to open our minds, our ears and our whole senses!

I believe that each one of us is a UNIQUE TREMENDOUS world, a world where I can learn so much! but Each world has a Door that is opened with a key! Once you got the right key, You can open that Door! :)

and I believe too that one of the most important keys is putting yourself in the others' shoes :)
